His Every Kiss - Laura Lee Guhrke - 2004

His Every Kiss - Laura Lee Guhrke

This is the first time I read anything by this author.

The story is about a destitute woman, Grace Cheval, who is a musician. While cleaning a opera hall, a very famous composer shows up and is ready to kill himself. The musician, Dylan Moore does not want to live anymore because he was hurt and cannot compose anymore. She convinces him that he should live. Another five years go by and they meet again. He follows her and sees the poverty she lives in and convinces her to become the governess of his daughter. From there the story becomes more interesting and the plot thickens.

I liked the book. Grace was a brave woman who went after what she wanted regardless of what standards other set. Dylan was selfish, self-centered and egotistical. In other words, a typical male. He changed though so he grew on me.

Rating - 6
I would get it from the library. I did enjoy the book but would not buy it.

Enjoy,

Susan
